Get the Official WRLC 2009 Conference T-Shirt
Don’t miss out on your chance to get the official WRLC 2009 Conference T-Shirt. The cost is $10 per shirt. The shirt is a black T-Shirt with multi-color screen print (see the shirt design below). To order you must complete ALL FIVE steps below:
- Click the link to the right to: DOWNLOAD ORDER FORM
- Complete the order form and fax it no later than Wednesday, November 4 at 6:00 p.m.
- Fax the order form to 702-543-3284
- Submit your payment. Payments can be made online via credit card by clicking the link below or via check to the address on the order form.
- Collect your shirt at the registration table at the Western Region Leadership Conference
Insructions for Credit Card Payment
All credit card payments are processed through PayPal, but you do not have to have a PayPal Account. Once you click the "Buy Conference T-Shirt" link above you will be forward to the PayPal site for payment. Once there follow these steps:
- You'll be taken to the shopping cart. Once there update the "Quantity" field to indicate the number of shirts you are purchasing, and click Update Cart.
- Once your cart shows the correct number of items click "Proceed to Checkout"
- You can either sign in to your PayPal account to finish the payment or scroll down the page to where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" and click "continue". This will take you to a screen where you can enter your credit card payment information without a PayPal account.
- Follow the rest of the on screen instructions until you complete the payment process.
- You will know that your payment is completed when you reach a confirmation screen and a confirmation number is provided.
